Abstrakt: Researchers from the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University have conducted a study on osteosarcomas, the most common primary bone cancer. The study aimed to evaluate osteosarcomas at different risk levels and identify new intervention targets. Using bioinformatics algorithms and in vitro experiments, the researchers established an osteosarcoma prognosis model based on five angiogenesis-related genes (COL5A2, CXCL6, FSTL1, NRP1, and TNFRSF21) that can independently validate prognosis levels. The study provides new insights into the impact of angiogenesis on osteosarcomas and offers potential intervention targets. [Extracted from the article]
