Abstrakt: This article explores effective leadership behaviors in performance management during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study identifies four key behaviors that enhance employee perception of fairness, reduce intentions to leave, and increase productivity. These behaviors include ensuring employee productivity through management support and feedback, balancing focus on goal achievement and people management, coaching and using online performance monitoring tools, and aligning rewards with performance. The study also highlights the role of organizational justice in mediating the relationship between leadership behaviors and perceived employee productivity and turnover intention. The findings provide valuable insights for organizations in managing performance during crises and shaping effective leader behaviors. [Extracted from the article]
