A recent study conducted by researchers from the Institute of Microelectronics in Beijing, China, focuses on the development of a single-stage wireless power transfer receiver for implantable medical devices. The researchers propose an improved voltage mode delay compensation method to enhance power conversion efficiency and circuit stability. The rectifier designed in this study achieves a fast transient response and a small chip area, with high power conversion efficiency and voltage conversion ratio.
