Abstrakt: In this work, a probabilistic analysis of the soil–pile interaction problem is described, taking into account stochastic fields for soil parameters and a parametric analysis of the impact of pile length on the reliability index. The paper's major contribution is based on the notion that a spatial stochastic field represents the random soil nature. According to the obtained results, the inclusion of the hypothesis of soil heterogeneity is the essential feature in the probabilistic analysis of soil behavior, and the corresponding reliability indexes vary significantly with increasing pile length until a certain value, where changes in the reliability index are no longer significant for pile safety.
