Abstrakt: Stem cells isolated from human exfoliated deciduous teeth or SHED possess high rate of proliferation along with high osteogenic as well as neurogenic differentiation when compared with dental pulpal stem cells. This stem cell population is an important source for therapeutic regeneration of tissues. Hence, the aim of present review article was to analyze the potential applications of SHED.
