Abstrakt: |
The aim’s is to investigating the role of green psychological atmosphere on sustainable innovation in the manufacture and production of Iran Khodro Company products with the mediating role of internal and external green motivations. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of survey nature and standard questionnaires have been used to collect data. The statistical population is the employees of Iran Khodro Company and the sample size was determined to be 244 by the method based on test power and G * Power software. Data analysis was performed by structural equation modeling method of partial least squares approach with the help of Smart PLS software. The results showed that the green psychological atmosphere has a significant and positive effect on sustainable innovation and green internal and external motivations. Also, green internal and external motivations positively and significantly affect sustainable innovation. Finally, the green psychological atmosphere has a indirect and positive effect on sustainable innovation through the mediating variable of green internal and external motivations. Managers' attention to soft structures such as the psychological climate and internal and external motivations of the promoters of green creation among the agents in different departments of the company provides the means to design and manufacture new products with sustainability requirements and makes them commit to this matter.
