Abstrakt: This article discusses the case of a 33-year-old pregnant woman who presented with abdominal pain in her right iliac region. A transvaginal ultrasound revealed a 79x70x73mm unilocular cyst in her right ovary, which was suggestive of sub-torsion. The patient underwent an ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration, which resulted in the evacuation of serous fluid and subsequent improvement in her abdominal pain. The paper aims to demonstrate a non-invasive procedure for treating unilocular cysts with ovary sub-torsion, reducing the risk of miscarriage. [Extracted from the article]
