Abstrakt:	We describe a case of a rare variant of twin ectopic pregnancy with simultaneous ipsilateral interstitial and isthmic implantation. The patient, a 40‐year‐old woman, had primary infertility for 10 years. Ultrasound images, as well as endoscopic photo and video files, are provided.
