Abstrakt: This article, titled "Sonographic assessment of a Caesarean scar following vaginal birth after Caesarean section: a prospective trial," discusses a study conducted on 55 women who had a vaginal birth after a previous Caesarean section. The study aimed to evaluate the potential utility of sonographic assessment of the Caesarean scar in predicting the risk of scar rupture or dehiscence. The results showed that there were no cases of uterine rupture, and a positive correlation was found between a decrease in hemoglobin levels and the thickness of the full myometrium. The authors suggest that further investigation is needed to make better decisions regarding vaginal birth after Caesarean section. [Extracted from the article]
