Abstrakt: Hydronephrosis, the swelling or dilation of the renal pelvis and calyces, is a common condition in pregnancy, with stones in the urinary tract being the most common cause. This article presents two case reports of pregnant women with hydronephrosis and urinary tract stones. The first case involved a 42-year-old woman who underwent nephrostomy and placement of a Double J stent, while the second case involved a 37-year-old woman scheduled for Ureterorenoscopy with Electrohydraulic Lithotripsy (EHL) and DJ stent replacement. The article emphasizes the importance of early and accurate diagnosis using ultrasound and highlights the need for surgical intervention in cases of hydronephrosis accompanied by urinary tract stones and severe pain.
