This article, published in the journal Ultrasound in Obstetrics & Gynecology, explores the possible correlation between crown-rump length (CRL) in the first trimester of pregnancy and birthweight in full-term pregnancies with normal growth. The study included 306 full-term pregnancies with normal growth, and the statistical analysis found that there was no significant correlation between CRL values and birthweight.
