Abstrakt: This article discusses the case of a 17-year-old pregnant woman who was referred to a specialized clinic due to an abdominal mass and other complications. Ultrasound scans revealed a sacrococcygeal teratoma (SCT) type III, ventricular septal defect (VSD), and other abnormalities. The woman chose to continue the pregnancy, and follow-up scans showed the growth of the teratoma and worsening of some complications. The baby was delivered via Caesarean section and underwent extensive preoperative examinations and surgery to remove the teratoma. The postoperative period included the treatment of thrombosis and the infant was eventually discharged home. [Extracted from the article]
