Abstrakt: This article discusses a study that compares the diagnostic performance of artificial intelligence (AI) versus trained specialists in the antenatal diagnosis of congenital heart disease. The study involved a group of trained specialists who were exposed to a set of training images simulating the AI model. The results showed that while the trained specialists had higher sensitivity levels, the AI model demonstrated higher specificity and a lower false positive rate. The authors conclude that incorporating an AI model can complement and enhance the detection capability of specialists in diagnosing congenital heart disease. [Extracted from the article]
