In this study, according to the existing potentials in the historical textures in Urmia city, is it possible to convert existing neighborhoods into 15-minute creative tourism neighborhoods or not? What measures should be taken to create these neighborhoods so they can be implemented? To see the existence of 15-minute creative tourist areas in the historical texture of Urmia city. This research is practical in terms of purpose, and in order to collect data, the method of documentary-library studies and field is exerted. The historical texture in Urmia city has been selected as the case study, and the statistical population of the research predicts and explains the future. Considering the criteria of the 15-minute creative tourism city, the indicators are divided into two quantitative and qualitative modes. The optimal limit and evaluation of the current state of quality indicators have been done using a questionnaire and quantitative indicators with the help of (GIS). In the ArcGIS environment, the radius of access and service of each of them in a distance of 15 minutes equal to 1250 meters have been investigated. Among the analyzed indicators, all the indicators in the existing situation significantly differ from the optimal level, and none have an optimal state. Quantitative indicators show 100% coverage in terms of access radius, but in terms of quality, they are not in a favorable situation. Surveys show that the historical texture of Urmia is not yet ready to create 15-minute tourist neighborhoods. First, the indicators of approaches should be strengthened in texture; then, according to the continuous connection between the indicators and the dependence between them, with a comprehensive and integrated plan, present optimal solutions to create 15-minute creative tourist areas in the historical texture of Urmia city [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
