In this paper, the effects of different carboxyl polyester resins, GMA acrylic resins, curing agents, hydroxyl polyester resins and curing accelerators on the surface effect, mechanical properties and cold oven gloss stability of polyester acrylic soft skin-like powder coatings were discussed. By optimizing and adjusting the formula, the skin effect of the coating surface and the stability of the cold oven gloss were improved, and the physical properties of the coating such as impact and bending resistance were improved, so as to provide theoretical and experimental basis for the production of polyester acrylic skin-like powder coating with good physical properties such as stable gloss, strong skin-touched feeling, impact and bending resistance.
