The aim of this paper is the conception and design of a platform for remote monitoring of the fuel level and temperature compensation for the fuel tanks onboard the ships belonging to the Romanian Naval Forces. Considerations on how to optimize the fuel consumption of the ships is taken into account by correlating the obtained data with the operating regimes of the naval propulsion machines. Based on the data obtained from the transducer system, temperature compensation for the fuel tanks is also monitored. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
