During the COVID-19 lockdown, a woman named Lucy volunteered to help vulnerable people and ended up meeting an elderly widower named Roy Lockett. Lucy regularly did food shopping for Roy and brought her teenage daughter Alice along to help. However, Lucy began to notice changes in Alice's behavior and eventually discovered that both Roy and his son Peter had been sexually abusing her. Lucy immediately reported the abuse to the police, and Roy and Peter were arrested and charged. They were both convicted and sentenced to prison, and will be registered sex offenders for life.
