Abstrakt: This article discusses the diagnostic challenges of intravascular large B‐cell lymphoma (IVLBCL), a rapidly fatal type of non‐Hodgkin lymphoma. IVLBCL is difficult to diagnose due to minimal cutaneous findings, but recent studies recommend the use of random skin biopsies (RSBs) for early detection. The article presents a case study of a patient with IVLBCL who had no visible skin abnormalities but was diagnosed through RSBs. The article also provides recommendations for performing RSBs, including the use of specific biopsy sites and techniques. Overall, RSBs at recommended sites can help maximize the diagnostic yield and minimize morbidity in patients with a high probability of IVLBCL. [Extracted from the article]
