Actuaries Climate Index (ACI) was made to provide extreme weather objective indicators in the United States and Canada. There are six components in ACI which are high temperature, low temperature, precipitation, drought, sea level, and high winds. However, ACI is only able to depict weather condition without seeing property damage caused by the weather at a certain time. This question is then answered through Actuaries Climate Risk Index (ACRI). Risk estimation through climate information in Indonesia using actuarial methods and assumptions is considered as a potential issue. Hence, this research is made to form an ACRI calculation based on weather condition and crop failure data as the risk factors. The data were collected from all 34 provinces in Indonesia from year 2000 to 2015. Using Panel Data Regression Fixed Effects Model, an ACRI prediction model is made and classified into five risk groups: High, Quite High, Moderate, Quite Low, and Low. The amount of maximum premium for each risk group is respectively around 816 to 881 thousand rupiah, 1,057 to 1,320 million rupiah, 867 to 967 thousand rupiah, 735 to 915 thousand rupiah, and 552 to 620 thousand rupiah.
