Abstrakt: The article discusses a study which investigated endobronchial optical coherence tomograhy (EB-OCT) in subjects with interstitial lung abnormalities (ILAs) undergoing lung nodule resection and compared against histology and progression outcomes within a five-year follow-up. Topics include inclusion criteria for the subjects of the study, radiologic detection of ILA, and limitations of the study.
