Abstrakt: With the rapid advancement of agricultural mechanization, intelligent header technology has emerged as a pivotal element in optimizing the efficiency and quality of grain combine harvesters. This paper offers a comprehensive analysis of the current state of intelligent header technology, with a particular emphasis on the structure, working principles, contour-following mechanisms, and height control technologies. By integrating cutting-edge sensor technologies, advanced control algorithms, and optimized mechanical designs, intelligent headers can achieve precise control over height and posture, thereby significantly reducing crop losses and enhancing both harvesting efficiency and quality. Despite substantial progress, challenges remain in areas such as response speed, real-time performance, height measurement accuracy, and control algorithm effectiveness. Future research will likely concentrate on improving control system performance, refining component and system designs, and incorporating emerging technologies to better accommodate diverse crops and complex terrains. This paper also provides a critical evaluation of current limitations in intelligent header research and projects future trends, offering valuable theoretical and practical insights for optimizing header structures, minimizing losses, and enhancing intelligent functionalities.
