Abstrakt:	A recent phase I clinical trial conducted in China evaluated the safety and immunogenicity of a rotavirus inactivated vaccine in healthy adults. The trial included 96 participants who were randomly assigned to receive different doses of the vaccine or a placebo. The results showed that the vaccine was well-tolerated, with mainly mild to moderate adverse events reported. The high-dose group demonstrated higher levels of neutralizing antibodies compared to the medium- and low-dose groups. These findings suggest that the vaccine has potential for further development and evaluation. [Extracted from the article]
