Abstrakt:	The article reports on the drug approval granted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to Neffy epinephrine nasal spray from ARS Pharmaceuticals Inc. for the treatment of type 1 allergic reactions such as anaphylaxis in pediatric and adult patients. It provides an overview of a study on the safety and efficacy of Neffy in children and adolescents who developed anaphylactic symptoms after an oral challenge, and another study which compared Neffy to epinephrine intramuscular injections
