The second part of the article discusses the assessment of extreme weather conditions on architecture in the era of climate change with the aid of CFD analysis tools. Computer simulations such as CFD have opened up new possibilities for design and research by introducing environments we can manipulate and observe. The article presents two case studies of high-rise buildings: Plac Unii (2013) and Q22 (2017) located in Warsaw, showcasing the increasing role of new technologies, particularly CFD simulation tools, in studying the aerodynamics of urban environments. The paper includes CFD wind studies of the buildings and their urban surroundings performed in Autodesk Flow Design. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
