Abstrakt: This article discusses the online representation of the Lotus Lantern Festival's destination appeal. The study analyzes 2000 Instagram photographs from 2013-2020 to categorize the festival's core resources and attractors. The results show that Culture and History had the highest percentage of photos, followed by Entertainment, Special Events, Mix of Activities, and Physiography and Climate. The article emphasizes the importance of Tourist Generated Content (TGC) in promoting and popularizing the festival, suggesting that festival organizers utilize social media marketing strategies to engage both hosts and tourists.
