Architecture represents silent assets that can show the forces of place, as it is a language, and technology is a means to show that language. Architecture goes through stages similar to the stages of human growth, from being a child to becoming an adult, constantly needing technology to adapt to the factors of time, and this technology is urban lighting, passing through slow mutations without radical changes in its structural structure, where the architecture of the place can increase the value of the place.
