Abstrakt: | The article focuses on the ineffectiveness of routine laboratory tests for diagnosing long COVID, based on a new analysis of the NIH RECOVER-Adult cohort. Topics include the lack of clinical utility of 25 common lab tests in identifying prior SARS-CoV-2 infection or diagnosing long COVID, modest differences in laboratory results between those with and without prior infection, and the minimal clinical significance of these findings. |
