A recent study conducted at the Federal University Sao Joao del Rei in Brazil investigated the effects of ovarian puncture on folliculogenesis and fertility. The researchers found that ovarian puncture resulted in local inflammation, affecting follicular growth and atresia. However, the procedure did not have an impact on female fertility, indicating that it is a safe procedure. This study provides new insights into the relationship between ovarian puncture, inflammation, and reproductive outcomes. [Extracted from the article] |
