Abstrakt: A new study conducted by researchers at the University of South Africa explores the relationship between employee well-being and organizational effectiveness. The study found that job satisfaction and work engagement have a positive correlation with organizational effectiveness, while burnout has a negative correlation. However, no relationship was found between workaholism and organizational effectiveness. The researchers suggest that managers should focus on increasing job satisfaction and work engagement and decreasing burnout to improve the performance of their organizations.
