A recent study conducted by researchers at the Departamento de Genetica y Biologia Molecular in Mexico City focuses on the use of N-trimethyl chitosan nanoparticles as carriers for the immune system. The study examines the interaction between these nanoparticles and J774 cells, with a particular focus on endocytosis, activation of lysosomes, and intracellular degradation. The researchers found that the nanoparticles showed potential as carriers for the immune system and demonstrated their ability to improve cell permeability and potentially be used in future vaccine formulations. However, further studies are needed to fully understand their effectiveness and potential use in therapies. [Extracted from the article] |
