• Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is a leading cause of death for men with prostate cancer, and novel methods are needed to measure, monitor, and predict the risk of CVD. • In this report, longitudinal myocardial PET stress imaging was feasible and demonstrated potential clinical utility in the monitoring of subclinical CVD in prostate cancer patients initiating androgen deprivation therapy. • With further study, novel application of this tool in prostate cancer patients receiving androgen deprivation therapy may help inform the monitoring and management of cardiovascular risk.
