Abstrakt: An analytical solution was obtained for the amperometric biosensor on a chemically modified electrode. This mathematical model of nonlinear reaction-diffusion systems uses a homotopy perturbation approach in the enzyme and diffusion layer. The analytical solutions of biosensor concentrations and biosensor current were obtained. The sensitivity of amperometric biosensors was examined, and a numerical solution to the problem was reported using the Maple program. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
