Abstrakt: A study conducted in Guangxi, People's Republic of China, examined the effects of rehabilitation-based physical activity therapy on older patients with advanced cancer. The study found that individualized exercise interventions, prescribed by a rehabilitation physician, led to a reduction in cancer-related fatigue and an improvement in quality of life. The patients who received physical activity therapy in addition to symptomatic supportive treatment experienced better outcomes compared to those who only received supportive treatment.
