A recent study published by researchers at the National Institutes for Food and Drug Control in Beijing, China, focuses on paclitaxel therapy. The researchers aimed to develop a more efficient method for analyzing paclitaxel-related substances in a paclitaxel injection. They developed a two-dimensional liquid chromatography method that eliminates the need for sample pretreatment, resulting in a quicker analysis time of only 15 minutes. The method demonstrated good linearity, precision, and accuracy. This research provides valuable insights for improving the analysis of paclitaxel therapy. [Extracted from the article] |
