Abstrakt: Abstract—This work presents the results of the studied selective laser melted samples of a mixture of 1CP and copper powders at varying scanning angle. The initial powder material was formed by mixing 1CP iron alloy powder and 10 wt % pure copper powder. The composite samples were prepared with a selective laser melting unit at a varying scanning angle. Data on the macrostructure, phase composition, and degree of amorphization of the samples were obtained by optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis, and differential scanning calorimetry. The results of this study can be used for further research and development of the technology for manufacturing soft-magnetic composites via selective laser melting. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
