Abstrakt: This Study examines the production, testing, and storage processes involved in manufacturing automotive oils, industrial oils, and specialty lubricants. Various tests, including viscosity, pour point, flash point, density, and elemental analysis, are used to evaluate product performance. The study also focuses on packaging, storage, and dispatch procedures. To boost production, the researchers introduced four additive tanks, resulting in a significant increase in the blending department's output. Additionally, the paper presents a detailed review of a 60,000-liter capacity additive storage tank designed for the lubricant oil industry. The tank addresses challenges related to handling additive barrels, minimizes hazardous risks, and incorporates automation for safe operations. The research provides valuable insights into manufacturing processes, quality control, and storage solutions. By improving efficiency and ensuring high-quality lubricants, this study contributes to advancements in the lubricant oil industry. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
