Abstrakt: This document is a correction notice for an article titled "A single-molecule counting approach for convenient and ultrasensitive measurement of restriction digest efficiencies." The correction addresses errors in the Template DNA preparation and DNA cleavage by CRISPR-Cas9 sections of the Materials and methods. The corrections provide the accurate information regarding the modifications made to the template DNA and the design of primers for the DNA template used in the in vitro transcription of the corresponding guide RNA.
