In this paper, we apply soft rough sets to the special algebraic hyperstructure and give the concepts of soft rough Γ -semihypergroup, which is an extended definition of rough groups and we use the terminologies of C -soft sets and C C -soft sets to research soft rough algebraic hyperstructures. We propose the notion of lower and upper approximations with respect to Γ -semihypergroup and discuss some significant properties of them. Also, we consider a connection between upper(lower) approximation of Γ -semihypergroups and upper(lower) approximation of associated semihypergroups. Moreover, we obtain the decision-making algorithm of rough soft Γ -semihypergroups, then we find a relation between the decision-making algorithm of rough soft Γ -semihypergroup and its associated rough soft semihypergroup.
