Abstrakt: |
This article explores the concept of place-based education and its potential for promoting environmental justice. It discusses a two-year pilot project that brings together students from different institutions to study the Rio Grande Watershed. The article emphasizes the importance of understanding diverse perspectives and engaging with Indigenous pedagogies. It also highlights the value of community partnerships and storytelling as methods of decolonization.
