Abstrakt: Organizational agility has emerged as a critical capability that has allowed organizations to successfully innovate within VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) contexts. However, agility as a construct remains underdeveloped with regard to behavioral or "human" dimensions. This symposium focuses on papers that advance understanding of the human dimensions of agility by covering topics related to construct development, leadership and entrepreneurial antecedent, enablers and barriers, and the potential dark side of agility.
