Abstrakt: This article discusses a rare case of congenital triangular alopecia (CTA) associated with vitiligo. CTA is a type of hair loss characterized by a triangular-shaped area on the frontotemporal region of the scalp. Dermoscopy, a noninvasive diagnostic tool, can help differentiate CTA from other types of alopecia. In this case, a 12-year-old male child presented with a patch of hair loss on the left side of the scalp since birth, along with depigmented patches on the foot. The article highlights the rarity of the association between CTA and vitiligo. [Extracted from the article]
