Abstrakt: This article, titled "Aplasia Cutis Congenita Associated with a Fetus Papyraceus: A Case Report," discusses a rare congenital anomaly called aplasia cutis congenita (ACC), which is characterized by absent or scarred areas of skin at birth. The article presents a case study of a 38-week-old male neonate who was born with ACC and a fetus papyraceus, a condition where one twin dies in utero and is flattened against the uterine wall. The article describes the physical examination findings and the management of the skin defect. It also discusses the possible causes and prognosis of ACC associated with a fetus papyraceus.
