Abstrakt: This article presents two cases of rare forms of tuberculosis affecting the musculoskeletal system. In the first case, a 42-year-old male presented with swelling and pain in the hand joints, which was initially misdiagnosed and did not respond to treatment. Further examination revealed the presence of skin lesions and the patient was eventually diagnosed with tuberculous dactylitis. The second case involved a patient with thigh pain, initially suspected to be malignancy, but was later diagnosed as tuberculous pyomyositis. Both cases highlight the importance of considering tuberculosis as a possible diagnosis in patients with unusual musculoskeletal symptoms. The article emphasizes the need for a multidisciplinary approach in diagnosing and treating these rare forms of tuberculosis. [Extracted from the article]
