| Abstrakt: |
We propose the simultaneous measurement of a displacement current and current density‐voltage‐luminance (DC‐JVL). We measured RGB OLED samples and obtained differences between onset voltages of current increase and emission voltages in low current density regions. We also confirmed that the DC‐JVL has higher sensitivity than the conventional JVL from the measurement of current efficiency vs. current density characteristics. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
