In the recent past, Deep Learning has emerged as a transformative technology for recognizing and classification methods, including those involving images, videos, Natural Language Processing, and more. Heterogenous CNN architectures with significant layers are used to carry out DL for these methods. The fundamentals of the convolutional layer, the pooling layer, and the fully connected layer, as well as all of its variations and applications are furnished in this manuscript. The convolution operation in the convolutional layer and the different pooling layer procedures with the fully connected layer are both employed in picture recognition and classification, and we have presented a high-level mathematical explanation of both of them.
