Abstrakt: Forest and land fires in East Kalimantan in 2019 covered an area of 68,524 hectares, indicating the urgent need for a Hotspot Alert System to warn and coordinate stakeholders involved in mitigating disasters. This study aimed to build a warning system that could provide quick information and bridge multi-stakeholder communication to enable the immediate mitigation of fires. The Hotspot Alert System was built using data from NASA FIRMS, which is integrated with a Telegram Bot to create a Hotspot Alert System via Telegram Group. The system is essential for providing early warning information to the community and coordinating the firefighting team or the Fire Care Community. The study's results showed that the Hotspot Alert System via Telegram Group was effective in detecting hotspots and bridging communication between stakeholders, thus helping in mitigating forest and land fires. The implications of this study are crucial for policymakers and practitioners to adopt similar technologies to mitigate the impact of disasters on communities and ecosystems. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
