Abstrakt: This article discusses a case of a 33-year-old man with Behcet's disease (BD) who was hospitalized for profuse lower gastrointestinal bleeding. The patient had previously undergone surgery for bilateral axillary artery aneurysms, which had complications. The article describes the diagnosis and treatment of the patient, including the use of cyclophosphamide and methylprednisolone. The patient was eventually discharged after receiving infliximab infusion and blood transfusions. The article highlights the unique aspect of the case, which is the simultaneous presence of bilateral axillary artery aneurysms and microaneurysms in the gastrointestinal vasculature. The management of arterial aneurysms in BD can be challenging, but infliximab has shown promising results in treating arterial involvement. [Extracted from the article]
