A systematic review conducted in Sulaymaniyah, Iraq, examined pediatric thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS), a condition often overlooked in children and adolescents. The study analyzed 33 articles, including case reports, case series, and cohort studies, and included a total of 356 patients. The research found that sports-related activities were identified as the primary risk factor associated with pediatric TOS. The study also revealed a higher percentage of vascular TOS in pediatric patients compared to adults, with the supraclavicular approach being the preferred treatment method.
