A recent study conducted by the Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences in Telangana, India, focused on metastatic nose and paranasal sinus masses. The research found that these types of tumors are uncommon and typically occur in individuals between the ages of 40 and 60. The study emphasized the importance of recognizing the symptoms of these metastases, as they can be mistaken for primary sino-nasal tumors. The researchers identified three cases of metastatic malignancies originating from the kidney, breast, and lymph nodes, and successfully managed them.
