The purpose of this paper is to analyze the alignment of the West Bandung Regency Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) 2018-2023 with the Technocratic Narrative of the 2020-2024 National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN), to analyze the alignment of the West Bandung Regency RPJMD 2018-2023 with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Law Number 25 of 2004 concerning the National Development Planning System has mandated that the national development planning system aims to create integration, synchronization, and synergy between regions, spaces, across time, government functions, and the center and regions.
